I've spent more than 30 years in sales, working with everyone from solo entrepreneurs to large organisations, and have always been fascinated by people and the psychology of human behaviour. Throughout my career, I've learned that outstanding customer service, fast follow-up and making complex things simple deliver the best results.
I'm naturally curious and love solving problems. I founded MyCustomr because I believe small businesses deserve software that's easy to use, intuitive and built around the way they work.
Outside of work, I enjoy riding my motorbike, watching good films, keeping fit, and exploring the latest developments in technology and AI.
