myCustomr is a mobile **CRM** that helps individuals and businesses manage leads and customers. The service allows you to store customer information, respond to enquiries and track your interactions through the app.
These Terms apply to all users of the service.
To use myCustomr you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account with others unless they are authorised members of your business.

Any customer information you add to myCustomr **belongs to you**. We process this information only so we can provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer data complies with **UK GDPR** and any other applicable laws. This includes obtaining consent from your customers where necessary.

myCustomr is offered on a **subscription basis**. By subscribing you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions **automatically renew** at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. **We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.**
We may update our pricing from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to continue or cancel.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@mycustomr.com. Once closed, your data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make **significant changes** we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the service will mean you accept the updated Terms.
